where do we go from here?

After years of being in school, graduating and saying tearful goodbyes, getting a job, leaving a job and getting to earn for ourselves. Maybe everyone went through this before, not knowing where to go next. I was chatting with a college friend whom I work with and we we're talking about what's the next step. Getting married? Having a kid and a family? I don't really know what's next or what lies ahead but do I just wait or do I have to make decisions. I think I'm struggling to stay young.
